These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases of privacy-request preparation and submission services from Privacy Protect USA, operated by MMM productions, registered in The Hague, Netherlands (“Privacy Protect USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing checkout and placing an order, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. Our service

We provide an independent administrative service that helps prepare and submit requests relating to residential imagery on Google Maps/Google Street View and/or Apple Maps. We are not Google or Apple, do not control their systems, and cannot promise approval, timing, or a particular visual result.

2. Eligibility and U.S.-only service

Our service is available only for residential addresses located in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to request changes concerning the address you submit.

3. Proof of residency is optional

You may place an order without providing proof of residency. If you choose to provide proof after checkout, examples may include a utility bill, phone bill, bank statement, lease agreement, government correspondence, or another official document reasonably connecting you to the service address.

Important: valid proof of residency is required to qualify for our money-back guarantee if Google or Apple refuses or denies your request. If you do not provide valid proof, a refusal or denial by the platform will not qualify for a refund under the guarantee.

4. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing a correct U.S. address, accurate contact information, and genuine documents if you choose to submit them.

5. Third-party approval and timing

Google and Apple independently control whether, when, and how they process requests. Approval is not guaranteed and we do not guarantee a completion date.

6. Permanent or irreversible changes

You understand that a successful blur or privacy change may be permanent or may not be reversible. By purchasing our service and authorizing submission, you instruct us to proceed despite that risk.

7. Pricing

Current service prices are $49.95 for a single-platform request and $69.95 for the Google + Apple package. Prices are one-time service fees unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

8. Money-back guarantee

To qualify for the money-back guarantee after a platform refusal, you must have provided valid proof of residency, accurate required information, and any reasonably requested verification. A single-platform denial qualifies for a refund of the single-platform service price. For the Google + Apple package, if both requests are denied, you qualify for a full package refund; if only one is denied while the other is accepted or completed, you qualify for a refund of 50% of the package price.

The guarantee does not apply where no valid proof was provided, where information is false/incomplete, you lack authority, you withdraw after work begins, you fail to respond to a reasonable verification request, or the platform processes the request but the final appearance differs from your expectation. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.

9. When our work begins

You authorize us to begin preparing your request after purchase. Once a submission has been made to a platform, cancellation may no longer prevent the platform from acting.

10. No affiliation and no security guarantee

Privacy Protect USA is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC or Apple Inc. Blurring map imagery is a privacy measure, not a guarantee of physical safety, anonymity, crime prevention, or removal of your address from the internet.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use our service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, concealment of unlawful activity, forged documents, or any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Privacy Protect USA and MMM productions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service. Non-waivable rights remain unaffected.

13. Electronic communications

You consent to service-related electronic communications at the email address you provide.

14. Privacy

We use information you provide to process your order, verify eligibility, communicate with you, and perform the requested service. Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable United States federal law and, where state law governs, applicable state law relevant to the transaction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and any non-waivable laws applicable to MMM productions as a Netherlands-registered business.
