REFUND POLICY

Effective date: August 14, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from Privacy Protect USA.

  1. Money-Back Guarantee

Our money-back guarantee applies only when Google or Apple refuses or denies the applicable request and you have:

  • Provided valid proof of residency for the service address;

  • Provided accurate and complete information; and

  • Cooperated with any reasonable verification request.

IMPORTANT: If you do not provide valid proof of residency, the money-back guarantee does not apply. You will not be eligible for a refund if Google or Apple refuses or denies your request.

  1. Refund Amounts

For a single-platform service, an eligible denial qualifies for a refund of the single-platform service price.

For the Google + Apple package:

  • If one platform denies the request while the other accepts or completes it, you qualify for a refund of 50% of the package price.

  • If both platforms deny the requests, you qualify for a full refund of the package price.

  1. When Refunds Are Not Available

A refund is not available when:

  • Valid proof of residency was not provided;

  • The information or documents supplied are false, incomplete, inaccurate or cannot reasonably be verified;

  • You are not legally authorized to request the change for the address;

  • You fail to respond to a reasonable request for information or verification;

  • You cancel after preparation or submission work has begun;

  • The platform processes the request, but the final appearance, timing or result differs from your expectations; or

  • The request is delayed but has not been formally refused or denied.

  1. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not started preparing or submitting your request, we may provide a full refund.

Once work has begun, the service fee is generally non-refundable, except where the money-back guarantee applies.

  1. Requesting a Refund

Submit your refund request through our Contact page. Include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

We may request proof of residency or other information required to verify your eligibility.

  1. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

  1. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
