2. Is it guaranteed that my home will be blurred?

No. Google and Apple control approval. If you provide valid proof of residency and the applicable request is denied, our money-back guarantee applies under the Terms & Conditions.

3. Do I have to upload proof of residency?

No. Proof is optional and is not required to place an order. However, if a platform refuses your request, you can only qualify for the money-back guarantee if valid proof of residency was provided.

4. What can I use as proof of residency?

Examples may include a utility bill, phone bill, bank statement, lease agreement, government correspondence, or another official document reasonably connecting you to the address.

5. Do I need to own the home?

Not necessarily. Homeowners, tenants, and other lawful occupants may use the service if they are authorized to request the privacy change for that address.

6. How long does the process take?

There is no guaranteed processing time. We prepare the request after receiving the information needed, but the platform controls what happens after submission.

7. What happens after I place my order?

After checkout, you can choose whether to provide proof of residency. We then review the order, prepare the request, submit it to the selected platform or platforms, and keep you updated.

8. Can I undo the blur later?

You should assume that a successful blur may be permanent and may not be reversible. Only purchase if you are comfortable with that possibility.

9. What happens if my request is denied?

If valid proof was supplied and the other refund conditions are met, the applicable guarantee applies. For the two-platform package, denial by one platform results in a 50% package refund; denial by both results in a full package refund.
